Villa Quintais de Piri
Hospitality, 2023.
There are countless choices when planning a trip. What makes someone choose between the city and the countryside? Between nature and the built environment? Between simplicity and sensory overload?
The Villa, a collection of rental chalets with a hospitality-led experience set in the Brazilian Cerrado, believes people are drawn there by its landscape. The calm of leaving the city behind and gaining a new backyard for the weekend. A different view.
Placing the local landscape at the centre of the brand experience was the challenge.
Villa Quintais de Piri needed to express a precise balance: the calm and tradition of one of Brazil’s most distinctive biomes, with the comfort expected from a contemporary stay.
Nature defines the setting. Comfort defines the stay. The value sits in the balance between both. That’s what makes the experience unique.

We built a brand system designed to capture that experience and make it recognisable.
A visual identity rooted in the cerrado, using a restrained palette drawn from the landscape: dry greens, sunlit golds and earthy copper tones. The symbol combines three defining elements of the stay: a colonial window, native vegetation and local birdlife, capturing the moment of opening the window and being met with the landscape guests came to experience.

The system was designed to scale across different levels of the brand.
From the full name to more colloquial forms, “Quintais de Piri” and “Quintais”, allowing the brand to move naturally between formal communication and word-of-mouth, reflecting how it is spoken within the local community.
Across physical and digital touchpoints, the identity guides perception before arrival, setting expectations of calm, authenticity and comfort.

A brand designed to make the experience felt before you even get there.
