When a global conversation finds its scale.
Rio+Agro (International Forum on Sustainable Agro-Environmental Development), 2025.
The future of sustainable agriculture depends on the ability to produce and preserve at the same time. Rio+Agro was created to open that conversation — putting its advances, tensions and possibilities on the table.
The challenge was not just to launch a three-day forum. It was to reposition an entire narrative, bringing together science, government, business, diplomacy, civil society and NGOs, making knowledge more accessible and widely shared.

This wasn’t only about creating new solutions. It was about making then visible.
Brazil was already leading innovative technologies that combine productivity and regeneration. What was missing was not action, but communication.
So we built a live communication system designed to scale a global conversation beyond its physical limits.

The forum evolved into a live, multi-channel ecosystem.
An integrated campaign rolled out across TV, radio, OOH, press, digital and programmatic.
Its reach was amplified through real-time coverage, live broadcasts, interviews and always-on content.
Built to turn visibility into impact.

On site, Rio+Agro Talks turned complex topics into accessible live content.
The podcast format fed a hybrid live and digital ecosystem, generating over 5TB of content for continuous distribution across social platforms and media partners, extending the conversation far beyond the event itself.

The campaign quickly spread across the media.
Delivering this required integrated creative and operational leadership at scale.
The project was structured end-to-end across brand, content and media strategy, ensuring narrative consistency across every touchpoint while directing a live audiovisual operation of 80+ professionals, including writers, camera crews, editors and strategists, in a high-pressure, real-time environment.

From Rio to the world.
The future, at the centre of the agenda.
Impossible to ignore.
